How do you handle betrayal? If what was done to you was really horrible, are you willing to forgive?

I pray a lot and... No I am not ready yet to forgive the people who have betrayed me so much... I just try to deal with it one day at a time... I think I dont have a choice but to make quottimequot my new friend
